I've been married to my wonderful husband since 2012 and life hasn't always been easy and has thrown us numerous curve balls. We decided that we were more than the mess life can sometimes throw our way. So we dove head first into learning ways to push ourselves (yes, while sometimes failing along the way) motivate ourselves and others and have found our passion in helping others navigate their way through their own mess.
When life gives you lemon, go out and buy sugar. We have to chose whether to make events in our life good or bad. So when you’re going through the 'mess', celebrate the small victories. Throw yourself that pity party, but then be done with it and move on.
